much of its appeal due to the fact it is on a double lot.
Every house you have seen was probably designed to fit on a

Several years in the making, and costing almost $60,000, the

Note the glass-front cabinets for displaying fun dishes, and

Parents deserve their privacy, and this home has beneficial
placement of bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the first
floor, far right side of the house--three secondary bedrooms
are upstairs in the left wing of the house. If you have
older relatives who will visit, but can't climb stairs,
there is also a first floor guest room (with full bath).
Live here, and you can take advantage of the home's proximity to the country club and golf course. For example, you can walk to the club for dinner, and if you want to play just nine holes, you can call over to reserve a tee time and walk (or take the cart) straight over to the tenth hole and tee off.
